For all the music lovers tuning in; if you don’t already know, get to know!

Thru Nush’s Lens offers an insight into my perspective of the music scene in the UK, with a primary focus on Birmingham. Being born and bred in Birmingham, I’ve long recognised the abundance of talent walking its streets. As I’ve grown up, I’ve sought out different places that highlight the creativity and artistry that the UK has to offer. In doing so, I’ve discovered numerous events that are reshaping the creative culture of music. I aim to give these events and the musicians the recognition they deserve and provide a platform to showcase what’s out there to others.

With music as my first love and photography as a close second, this blog combines these two passions. Capturing an artist giving their all to a performance is imperative for them to see how much they belong on stage and really emulates the same energy that was given live. I am excited to continue uncovering the musical gems that Birmingham and other cities in the UK have to offer; whilst creating a space for other music lovers, to get to know if they don’t already.
